Raspberry and Mango Smoothie

A nice, refreshing smoothie made with Boylans frozen mango & raspberries,
yogurt and coconut milk.

SERVINGS: 1

Ingredients:
1 and a half cups of water
½ a cup of coconut milk
2 cups Boylans frozen Raspberries
1 cup Boylans frozen Mango
2 tsp honey

Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

Tropical Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup of Boylans frozen Pineapple
1 cup of of Boylans frozen Mango
The juice of 1 orange
The juice of 1 lime

Blend the Pineapple and mango together. Add both the orange and lime juice and blend until smooth

Mixed Berry Smoothie

This refreshing and delicious smoothie is a great way to start your day. This quick easy recipe also makes it easy to eat healthy.

1 cup of Boylans Summer fruit Mix
1 frozen ripe banana
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

Vanilla and Berry Smoothie

This simple, healthy and delicious smoothie is the perfect breakfast on-the-go or as a creamy dessert for adults and kids alike.

½ cup Boylans frozen Raspberries
½ cup Boylans frozen Strawberries
¾ cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt

Blend the raspberries, strawberries, and pineapple juice together. Add the yogurt. Mix until smooth.

Ingredients:
1 ½ cups Boylans frozen Strawberries
1 cup Boylans frozen Blueberries
½ cup Boylans frozen Raspberries
150ml protein milk
2 Tbsp honey
1 tsp fresh lemon juice

Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

Green Tea, Blueberry, and Banana

3 Tbsp water
1 green tea bag
2 tsp honey
1½ Boylans frozen Blueberries
½ med banana
¾ c calcium fortified light vanilla soy milk

COMBINE berries, banana, and milk in a blender with ice add the cold tea to blender.

Mixed Berry Ice Pops

1 pack Boylans Summer Fruit Mix
Vanilla Yogurt (optional)
Honey (optional)
Fruit Juice (optional)

Directions:
In a blender blend one pack of Boylans Summer Fruit mix. Add yogurt honey or fruit juice. Adjust sweetness according to taste. Put the mixture into ice pop moulds. Freeze until firm.

Mixed Berry Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are low in fat and take a few minutes to prepare.

1/2 cup porridge oats
1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup low-fat milk. You can also use almond or coconut milk
2 tsp chia seeds
½ cup Boylans frozen Mixed Berries
2 tsp honey
1 tsp Vanilla extract.

INSTRUCTIONS
Layer the porridge, yogurt and fruit in a jar or bowl. Cover with cling film or lid and leave in the refrigerator overnight so the porridge absorbs all the liquids.
